Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nairobi, Kenya.

Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.



 

Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bakyson regarding your use of our Services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
